How do I deposit Bitcoin (BTC) on Cinoslots?

Step-by-step

1. Sign in and go to the deposit page.
2. Select BTC from the coin list.
3. Copy the address shown (or scan the QR code from your wallet's mobile app).
4. From your BTC wallet (hardware wallet, Trust Wallet, exchange withdrawal page), send any amount above $10 USD equivalent.
5. Wait for 1 confirmation (typically 10–20 minutes).
6. Funds appear in your Cinoslots balance the moment confirmation #1 lands.

Address format

We support all BTC address formats interchangeably:

• Legacy (1...)
• SegWit (3...)
• Native SegWit / Bech32 (bc1q...)
• Taproot (bc1p...)

We typically display Native SegWit (bc1q...) as it's cheapest to spend. Old saved addresses still work — see deposit address changes.

Network fee

Pay any miner fee — even slow / "1 sat/vB" is fine for deposits. We wait for the same 1 confirmation regardless of fee. Slow fees can take 1–4 hours during congestion; standard fees confirm in 10–20 minutes.

Lightning Network

We do not currently support BTC deposits via Lightning. On the roadmap for late 2026.

Common BTC issues

• "My deposit is taking forever" — check mempool.space. If your TX shows in mempool with very low fee, it could take hours. Use RBF in your wallet to bump the fee. See deposit not arriving.
• "I sent BTC to a non-Bitcoin address" — unrecoverable. See wrong coin sent.
• "My exchange shows 'sent' but I don't see it" — exchange may batch send (waits a few minutes to combine TXs). Allow 10 minutes after the exchange shows "sent" before searching.

Tips

• For deposits over $1,000, use a hardware wallet (Ledger, Trezor) — addresses are verified on the device screen.
• For frequent small deposits, consider using a cheaper chain (USDT TRC20, BNB) to save on network fees.
• BTC is great for one-off larger deposits; not ideal for many small ones.
