My deposit isn't showing up — what's wrong?

Triage flow (run through these in order)

1. Check the TX hash on a block explorer

Take the transaction ID from your sending wallet and paste it into:

You'll see one of these states:

  • Pending / In mempool → just wait. See confirmations needed.
  • Confirmed with the right "to" address → keep reading.
  • Dropped / Not found → the transaction never landed; re-send from your wallet.
  • To wrong address → see wrong-coin-sent.

2. Confirmed on-chain but not credited?

Wait the full confirmation count for that coin (e.g. ETH needs 12 confirmations, ~3 minutes after first appearing). Until then, the chain says "confirmed: 1" but we are still counting up.

3. Fully confirmed AND not credited after 1 hour

Contact support with the TX hash via live chat or email [email protected]. We resolve 95% of these within 30 minutes — common causes:

  • Sent on the wrong network (e.g. USDT on BEP20 to a TRC20 address — recoverable, see wrong-coin-sent)
  • Memo / tag missing on chains that need one (rare; we don't use memo-required coins)
  • Internal indexer hiccup — we replay it manually

4. Never use a third-party "recovery service"

Anyone who DMs you offering to "recover stuck deposits" for an upfront fee is a scammer. Cinoslots staff will never ask for your seed phrase, your remote screen, or any payment to investigate. Always reach support through the official live chat or [email protected] only.
