Are there any withdrawal fees?

We do not take a percentage or flat fee on withdrawals. What you ask to withdraw is what gets sent — minus only the network fee.

What you do pay: network fee

Every withdrawal is a real on-chain transaction, and every on-chain transaction has a network fee paid to validators/miners. We pass the fee through at cost — no markup, no spread.

Why USDT TRC20 is dramatically cheaper

TRON's network fee is paid in TRX (or "burnt" via energy). For the casino's hot wallet, the cost works out to ~1 USDT regardless of withdrawal size. Compare to ERC20 (Ethereum gas fluctuates with congestion — sometimes $1, sometimes $40 during NFT manias).

If you're going to withdraw frequently, use USDT TRC20.

Speed-bump fees do NOT apply

Some casinos charge "expedited withdrawal" or "premium withdrawal" fees. We do not. Every withdrawal goes at the same speed (subject only to risk-tier auto-approval rules).

Why we don't bundle fees into a single number

Industry norm in crypto: pass through the network fee transparently. Bundling would mean either (a) overcharging during low-fee periods or (b) eating losses during congestion. Transparency wins.

VIP refunds

Gold tier and above get withdrawal network fees rebated as part of the monthly cashback. You still see the fee deducted on the transaction; the rebate is credited as a separate monthly entry.
