Most withdrawals are processed in under 30 seconds and arrive on-chain in 1–3 confirmations. Manual review applies above $10K.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Three common causes: amount over $10K (auto-review), active bonus (must finish wagering), or new address cool-off (24h).
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Cinoslots charges no platform fee. The blockchain network fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount, set at the live network rate.
What is the maximum withdrawal limit?
$100,000/day for non-VIP, scaling to unlimited at Elite VIP. Manual review applies above $10K. Your VIP host can lift caps for one-offs.
I withdrew to the wrong address — can you recover it?
If it's your own address (different wallet/exchange), retrieve it there. If it's someone else's address, the funds are unrecoverable.
The network fee on my withdrawal looks really high — what's going on?
Ethereum gas spikes during congestion. Use USDT TRC20 (flat ~1 USDT) or BTC (lower at off-peak hours) to avoid this.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

What do the different withdrawal statuses mean?
Pending → Approved → Broadcast → Confirming → Completed. Each step is shown live in Profile → Transactions.
My withdrawal is stuck in the mempool — what now?
Almost always self-resolves within 6 hours when fees normalize. Our auto-bumper re-broadcasts with a higher fee if it sits too long.
Can I cancel a withdrawal I just made?
Only while in 'Pending' status. After approval, the transaction is signed and broadcast — irreversible.
