1. Operating company and licence
Cinoslots is operated by Cinoslots N.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with company registration number 158942 and registered office at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commercepark Unit 102, Willemstad, Curaçao. The company holds master licence number 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by the Antillephone Authority under sub-licence framework #365/JAZ. The Antillephone Authority is the gaming regulator established under the Curaçao National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard. Verification of licence status in real time is available by clicking the regulator's seal in the site footer; the seal is hot-linked to the regulator's portal and refreshes status on each click.
The company's tax identification number, VAT registration (where applicable), beneficial-ownership register entry and articles of association are filed with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce and are available to regulators on request.
2. Game certification and RNG audit
Every game on the platform is supplied by a licensed game studio whose RNG implementation has been independently certified for fairness. Certifications we accept are issued by:
- iTech Labs — accredited testing laboratory based in Australia, recognised by gaming regulators in over twenty jurisdictions including Malta (MGA), the Isle of Man, Alderney and Curaçao. Tests cover RNG entropy, statistical distribution, theoretical RTP, payout cycles and pseudo-randomness across long sample runs. Certificates carry a unique serial and are reissued annually.
- GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) — the largest independent gaming testing laboratory in the world, with offices on six continents. GLI certification covers RNG, game logic, jackpot pools, server-side bet resolution and provably-fair commitment schemes.
- BMM Testlabs — established 1981, accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 and recognised by more than four hundred jurisdictions globally. BMM tests focus particularly on system-level controls and tournament integrity.
- eCOGRA — UK-headquartered standards body that certifies operator behaviour as well as game RNG; we hold an eCOGRA "Safe and Fair" seal that is renewed annually.
Each game's RTP is published in its info panel inside the game window; aggregate RTP across all games is published quarterly in the /provably-fair page audit table. Cinoslots-original games are additionally provably fair: a server seed is committed (hashed) before each round and revealed afterwards together with the client seed and nonce so that any player can independently recompute the result.
3. Player-funds segregation
Player balances are held in segregated wallets that are operationally and legally separate from the company's working capital. Segregated wallets are reconciled to the per-player ledger every twenty-four hours by an automated process and every fortnight by a member of the finance team independent of the wallet operator. The company maintains an additional reserve denominated in stablecoin equal to no less than 110% of the aggregate player liability. In the unlikely event of insolvency, the reserve, the segregated wallets and a contractual undertaking with our payment provider make the player liability prior to ordinary creditor claims.
4. Responsible gambling licence conditions
Our licence requires us to operate the player-protection programme described in the Responsible Gaming Policy and the Self-Exclusion Policy, including: the full set of voluntary tools (deposit, loss, single-wager and session limits; reality checks; cooling-off; self-exclusion); proactive markers-of-harm monitoring with documented outreach; affordability checks at defined deposit thresholds; underage prevention; honouring all opt-outs across all channels within twenty-four hours; and submitting periodic returns to the regulator on aggregate volumes and intervention metrics. Failure to operate the programme to the standard required is grounds for licence revocation.
5. AML and CTF licence conditions
Our licence requires us to operate the AML programme described in the AML Policy, including: a documented risk-based approach; CDD at registration and EDD at defined thresholds; sanctions and PEP screening at registration and continuously thereafter; transaction monitoring with documented rules and human triage; SAR filing with the Curaçao FIU within the timeframes set by law; record-keeping for not less than seven years; staff training; an independent audit at least every two years; and the appointment of an MLRO with direct Board reporting and regulatory accountability.
6. Data-protection compliance
We are subject to the Curaçao Personal Data Protection Ordinance and we have voluntarily undertaken to comply with the substantive provisions of the EU and UK GDPR for the benefit of all players. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe the programme in full. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer with direct Board reporting; the DPO can be reached at [email protected].
7. Game studios and providers
A current and exhaustive list of licensed game studios that supply content on the platform — together with their licensing jurisdictions and certification bodies — is published at /providers and updated on each onboarding or offboarding. Major studios on the platform include Pragmatic Play (MGA, Romania, Greece), Hacksaw Gaming (MGA), Nolimit City (MGA), NetEnt (Sweden, MGA, UKGC), Play'n GO (MGA, UKGC), Evolution Gaming (MGA, UKGC), Red Tiger (MGA, UKGC) and ELK Studios (MGA, Sweden). Each studio operates its own RNG and is independently certified; we layer wager-result reconciliation and provably-fair attestation on top.
8. Independent audits and seals
In addition to per-game certification, we hold operator-level audit attestations covering security, payment integrity, dispute handling and responsible-gambling controls. Current attestations include the eCOGRA Safe-and-Fair seal, an SOC 2 Type II report on the platform's security controls (issued by a Big Four firm; available to enterprise affiliates under NDA), and an annual penetration-test report by a CREST-certified third party. Seals displayed in the footer are hot-linked to the issuing body and refresh status on click.
9. Dispute resolution and ADR
Players who have exhausted the internal dispute process described in the Terms of Service may escalate to the Antillephone Authority through the contact form at https://licensing.gaming-curacao.com/. We participate in the Curaçao ADR scheme and accept the ADR provider's findings as binding within the limits set by the licence framework. Players in the European Union may additionally use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Tax disclosures
Cinoslots N.V. is responsible for all taxes payable in respect of its operating activity in the jurisdictions where it is liable. Players are responsible for any personal-income or capital-gains tax payable on winnings in the jurisdiction of their residence; we do not provide tax advice and we do not withhold tax at source except where mandated by law of a specific jurisdiction. We will respond to lawful requests from tax authorities for player records, including under FATCA, CRS and equivalent frameworks where applicable.
11. Beneficial ownership
The beneficial owners of Cinoslots N.V. are recorded in the Curaçao beneficial-ownership register. Names and ownership percentages are made available to regulators, qualifying financial counterparties and law enforcement on lawful request; they are not published publicly except as required by law.
