What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Why the floor exists

Two reasons:

1. Network fee economics — a $5 USDT withdrawal would cost as much in network fees as it's worth.
2. Anti-spam/dust — without a floor, attackers could grind down our hot wallet with thousands of microscopic withdrawals.

What if my balance is below the minimum?

You have three options:

1. Play it down to zero. Bet your residual balance and either win it up over the floor, or lose it (your choice).
2. Switch coin first. Use the in-account swap (Profile → Wallet → Swap) to convert dust into a coin where the floor is lower or your balance crosses it.
3. Email support. For amounts very close to the floor (~80%+), we'll process manually as a one-off courtesy. For genuine dust ($1–$5), we recommend option 1 — it's not worth the operational overhead.

Per-account aggregate floor

There's no separate "per-day minimum" — only per-withdrawal. You can make 50 withdrawals of just-above-minimum size with no penalty (subject to the 10/day rate limit on the wallet).
