What is the maximum withdrawal limit?

Numbers are USD equivalent at the live exchange rate when the withdrawal is processed.

Manual review threshold

Any single withdrawal over $10,000 triggers manual compliance review. This is a regulatory requirement under FATF travel-rule guidance, not a Cinoslots policy choice. For most accounts, review takes 5–30 minutes. VIP Gold+ get priority queue (under 1 minute).

For very large withdrawals (over $100,000), additional documentation may be requested:

• Source of funds — proof of how you funded your account (payslip, exchange withdrawal records, source-of-wealth statement).
• KYC if not already complete.

One-off limit increase

If you've hit your daily/monthly cap and need to withdraw more for a legitimate reason (e.g. you just won a jackpot), email [email protected] or message your VIP host. We routinely lift caps for verified accounts; we just need to log the reason for AML records.

Why have limits at all?

Limits are an industry standard for fraud and AML protection:

• They cap our exposure if a single account is compromised.
• They give compliance time to review unusual flows before funds leave the platform.
• They're required by our license terms (Curaçao Antillephone, license #8048/JAZ2020-013).

Limits do NOT mean we can hold your funds

Even at the default $100K/day, you can still withdraw everything you have, just spread over a few days. We never permanently cap or block legitimate withdrawals. The limit is a per-day pacing rule, not a ceiling on total balance.
