99% of cases: still confirming. Check the TX hash on a block explorer. If confirmed but not credited after 1 hour, contact support.
Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit?
BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 + ERC20), LTC, DOGE, BNB, USDC and TRX. New chains added quarterly.
Are there any deposit fees?
Cinoslots charges zero deposit fees. You only pay the blockchain network fee, set by your sending wallet.
Can I deposit directly from an exchange like Binance or Coinbase?
Yes, but be careful: pick the same network on both sides, and watch out for the exchange's withdrawal fees and limits.
How many confirmations do I need before my deposit credits?
Varies by coin — usually 1–3 confirmations. Most arrive in under 60 seconds; BTC takes 10–20 minutes.
I sent the wrong coin (or wrong network) to a deposit address — help!
EVM-chain mistakes are usually recoverable. Native-chain mistakes (BTC to LTC, etc) are not. Contact support immediately with the TX hash.
Can I deposit with a credit card or bank transfer?

What is the minimum deposit amount?

Why does my deposit address change sometimes?
Bitcoin uses fresh addresses per deposit for privacy. Old addresses still work and credit your account.
Can I send multiple deposits to the same address?
Yes — every send to a Cinoslots address is credited individually, regardless of how many you've made.
