Why so many confirmations on Ethereum?

Ethereum's reorg risk is non-trivial under MEV bot pressure. 12 confirmations gives ~99.9999% finality. Faster than BTC's 1-conf because each Ethereum block is 12 seconds vs Bitcoin's 10 minutes.

Can I see live progress?

Yes. After sending, the deposit page shows a live counter:

"0 / 12 confirmations — your deposit is in the mempool, expect 2–4 minutes."

Refresh the page to update, or watch the in-app bell — we send a notification the moment your balance is credited.

What if my deposit is taking longer than expected?

• Check the transaction hash on a block explorer (mempool.space for BTC, etherscan.io for ETH, tronscan.org for TRC20). If the transaction shows as dropped or replaced, it never reached the chain — re-send from your wallet.
• Network congestion can extend wait times 2–3x. We can't speed this up; the chain is the chain.
• After 24 hours, contact support with your TX hash. We'll investigate manually.

Can I play before my deposit fully confirms?

For credibility-sake, no — credit happens after the configured confirmation count. Treating in-mempool funds as spendable is how casinos go bankrupt to double-spend attacks. Wait it out; it's worth the few minutes.
