How do I change my email address?

Step-by-step

1. Open Profile → Security.
2. Click Change email and enter your new address.
3. We send a confirmation link to your current email — click it to authorize the change.
4. We send a verification link to your new email — click it within 24 hours to activate.
5. Done. Your old address is removed and all future security alerts go to the new one.

Why two confirmations?

This is the single most important account-takeover defense we operate. If an attacker gains temporary access to your session, they cannot pivot the email — and therefore cannot reset your password later — without also controlling your inbox.

What if I lost access to my old email?

Email [email protected] from the new address with:

• Your username
• The approximate dates and amounts of your last three deposits
• A selfie holding a paper note with today's date and "Cinoslots email recovery"

Compliance will manually verify the request. Expect a 24–48 hour turnaround for security reasons.

Best practices

• Use an email provider with strong 2FA (Gmail with hardware key, Proton, Tutanota).
• Avoid email forwarding rules — attackers love these.
• Pair the change with a new strong password and rotated 2FA secret. See enable 2FA.
