What happens if I don't log in for a long time?

Months 1–12: nothing happens

Your balance and bonuses are completely safe. We don't apply inactivity fees, and your account stays in good standing.

Months 12–24: friendly nudges

After 12 months without login or play, we send a single email reminding you that:

• Your balance is still here.
• You can withdraw any time without restriction.
• VIP XP doesn't decay (your lifetime tier is preserved).

We will not spam you with repeated reminders or marketing — one email, then silence.

After 24 months: dormancy fee

Per Section 11 of our Terms of Service, accounts dormant for 24 consecutive months with a positive balance may be charged a small monthly maintenance fee (currently 0.0001 BTC equivalent per month, never exceeding the balance itself).

Before any deduction, we send a 30-day final warning email. You can prevent the fee with any activity — a single login is enough.

How to reactivate

Just log in. If you don't remember the password, use the recovery flow. If you also lost email access, follow the manual recovery steps in I forgot my password. We retain account data per AML rules, so even years later your funds are recoverable.

Closing instead of leaving dormant

If you're sure you won't return, we recommend closing the account and withdrawing the balance. It's cleaner and you avoid the dormancy email entirely.
