How do I close my Cinoslots account?

Two routes: instant self-service close in Settings, or contact support. Self-exclusion is the safer choice if gambling is the issue.

Self-service closure (instant)

If you simply don't want to play any more:

  1. Go to Profile → Security.
  2. Scroll to Close account.
  3. Confirm with your password and 2FA code.

Your balance is paid out to your verified withdrawal address before the account is closed. If you have an active bonus or pending withdrawal, it must complete first.

When to use self-exclusion instead

If you're closing your account because gambling has stopped being fun, self-exclusion is the stronger tool:

  • It blocks signup again under the same KYC identity for the period you choose (24 hours to permanent).
  • It is irreversible for periods of 30+ days — by design, so an emotional reversal is impossible.
  • It enrolls you in our internal blocklist plus, on request, GamStop (UK) and similar national programs.

See Self-Exclusion Policy for the full terms.

What happens to your data

Per our Privacy Policy:

  • Account data is anonymized within 30 days for marketing purposes.
  • Transaction and KYC records are retained 5 years to comply with AML regulations — we cannot delete these earlier even on request, but we never share them with marketers.
  • After 5 years, all personally identifying data is purged.

Reopening a closed account

A standard self-service close can be reopened by emailing support — we keep the account dormant for 90 days first. After 90 days, your data is purged and you'd need to sign up again from scratch.

A self-excluded account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends.
