Coin-by-coin first-confirmation time

• BTC: 10–20 minutes
• ETH / ERC20 USDT: 30–60 seconds
• USDT TRC20: 10–30 seconds
• LTC: 2–5 minutes
• DOGE: 1–3 minutes
• BNB / BEP20: 3–5 seconds
• TRX: 10–30 seconds

Exchange-side delays

If you withdraw to an exchange (Binance, Coinbase, etc), the exchange usually requires more confirmations than just one before crediting your exchange balance. This isn't a Cinoslots delay — it's the exchange's policy. Check the exchange's "deposit confirmations required" page.

Manual review for large amounts

Withdrawals over $10,000 USD equivalent are reviewed manually for security. Most are released within 30 minutes; complex cases (suspicious activity flags, KYC enhancement) up to 4 hours.

VIP Gold tier and above get priority queue: under-1-minute manual review, 24/7.

Pending status — what does it mean?

"Pending" means we've queued it but not yet broadcast. Causes:

• Manual review (large amount) — see above
• Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering — withdrawals are blocked while a bonus is locked. Cancel the bonus or finish wagering first.
• Address-change cool-off — new withdrawal addresses are locked for 24 hours after first use as an anti-takeover measure.

If a withdrawal has been pending over 24 hours and you don't fall into any of the above cases, contact support.
