I made a deposit but my bonus didn't credit — what happened?

Quick checklist

1. Was the deposit above the bonus's minimum?

Welcome bonus needs $20+. Other promotions vary — check the offer page. If you deposited below the minimum, the system does not retroactively grant the bonus on your next deposit; you'd need to make a new deposit at the right amount.

2. Did you enter the promo code BEFORE depositing?

Codes must be applied on the deposit form before sending funds. They cannot be added retroactively. See bonus codes.

3. Was this your first-ever deposit?

The welcome bonus is single-use per account, household and IP. If you've previously deposited (even years ago, on a closed account), the welcome offer won't trigger.

4. Are you in an eligible country?

Some promotional offers are restricted by jurisdiction (Türkiye için pazarlama kısıtları geçerlidir). The promotion's terms page lists eligible/excluded countries.

5. Did you have a different active bonus?

You can have only one deposit bonus active at a time. If a previous offer is still wagering, the new bonus is queued, not auto-applied. Cancel or finish the active one first.

6. Did your deposit confirm in the right window?

Some flash promotions only run for a few hours. If your deposit confirmed after the promo window closed, the bonus doesn't trigger — even if you initiated the send during the window.

"Free spins didn't credit"

Free spins from promotions (not from welcome bonus) often credit on a delay — typically within 24 hours, sometimes scheduled for the next morning UTC. Check Profile → Bonuses → Free Spins before contacting support.

"Cashback didn't credit"

Weekly cashback is paid every Monday at 06:00 UTC for the previous Mon–Sun. If it's not Monday yet (or it's earlier than 06:00 UTC), it'll arrive on schedule. See weekly cashback.
