Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("Player", "you") and Cinoslots N.V. ("Cinoslots", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 158942 and registered office at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commercepark Unit 102, Willemstad, Curaçao. We operate the Cinoslots platform under master licence #8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by the Antillephone Authority. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Self-Exclusion Policy and any rules published on individual game, bonus or tournament pages.

If you do not accept any provision of these Terms you must not use the platform. We may amend the Terms from time to time and the version effective on the day you place a wager governs that wager. Material changes are notified at least fourteen (14) days in advance through email and an in-product banner; immaterial changes (typos, clarifications, hyperlinks) take effect immediately. 2. Eligibility and capacity

You may only register an account and use the platform if all of the following statements are true at the time of registration and at the time of every subsequent wager: you are at least eighteen (18) years old or, if higher, the legal age of majority for online gambling in the country, state or province from which you access the platform; you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; you are not a resident or citizen of, and not physically present in, a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Section 6); you are not a politically exposed person ("PEP") subject to enhanced sanctions; and you are not on any international sanctions list including OFAC, EU consolidated, UN consolidated or HM Treasury.

You confirm you are gambling for personal entertainment only, in your own name, with funds that lawfully belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity. You must not use the platform on behalf of any third party, in the course of any trade or profession, or as part of any organised gambling syndicate. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, residence, source of funds and source of wealth at any time and to suspend the account pending verification.

3. Account registration and security

Each natural person may hold one and only one account. Creating, controlling or using more than one account ("multi-accounting") will result in the immediate closure of all linked accounts, forfeiture of bonus winnings, and potential forfeiture of deposit-derived winnings if multi-accounting was used to abuse a promotion. We detect duplicate accounts using a combination of email, IP address, device fingerprint, payment instrument, KYC data and behavioural signals; you may not attempt to circumvent these checks.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must enable two-factor authentication, never share your password, never disclose seed phrases for any payment wallet you have linked to the platform, and immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from a third party using your credentials with your knowledge, consent or negligence. We may freeze the account pending investigation if we detect suspicious access patterns.

You must keep your registration data — including legal name, date of birth, residential address, email and phone number — accurate, complete and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any unverified balance.

4. Deposits, withdrawals and balances

The platform is denominated in cryptocurrency. We currently accept BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), USDC, LTC, DOGE, BNB and additional assets listed on the Deposit page. Deposits are credited after the network confirmations stated on the Deposit page (typically one to three confirmations depending on the asset). Cinoslots does not charge a deposit fee; you pay the network fee charged by the underlying blockchain.

Withdrawals are processed to the same network from which the deposit originated unless we have explicitly approved a different destination. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually for risk and AML compliance and are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified players, with the majority completed in under thirty (30) minutes during business hours. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where the requested amount has not been wagered at least once after deposit ("anti-arbitrage rule"), where the underlying deposit has not received sufficient confirmations, where verification is outstanding, or where the request is the subject of a fraud or AML investigation.

Player balances are held in segregated wallets isolated from operating capital. We do not pay interest on balances and balances do not constitute a deposit, current account or other regulated banking product. Inactive accounts (no login for twenty-four consecutive months) may be charged an inactivity fee of the lesser of $5 USD-equivalent per month or 5% of the residual balance, applied after written notice to the registered email.

5. Bonuses, promotions and abuse

Every bonus, free spin grant, cashback, rakeback, mission, leaderboard prize and tournament award is governed by the rules published on its promotion page in addition to these Terms. Common conditions include a wagering requirement, a maximum bet size while bonus funds are in play, a list of contributing games and weights, an expiry date, and a maximum cashout cap on free-money bonuses (no cap on deposit-match bonuses unless stated).

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structuring deposits to exploit minimum-deposit thresholds, low-risk wagering patterns intentionally designed to clear wagering with negative expected value to the operator, collusion at multi-player tables, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, all bonus-derived winnings, and may result in account closure. Where deposit-derived winnings are inseparable from bonus-derived winnings, we will refund the deposit and void the winnings.

Real-money funds wager first; bonus funds wager only after the real-money balance is depleted unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion for technical reasons, regulatory reasons or where the promotion has been clearly misadvertised, with refund of deposits made specifically in reliance on the misadvertised offer.

6. Restricted jurisdictions

The platform is not available to residents of, or persons physically located in, the following jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdictions"): the United States of America (and all its territories and possessions); the United Kingdom; France and its overseas territories; Spain; the Netherlands and its constituent countries (Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba); Australia; Italy; Belgium; Cyprus; the Czech Republic; Denmark; Estonia; Lithuania; Hungary; Latvia; Portugal; Romania; Slovakia; Slovenia; Singapore; Israel; the Islamic Republic of Iran; the Democratic People's Republic of Korea; the Russian Federation; Belarus; Syria; Sudan; the Republic of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk; Cuba; and any other jurisdiction added to the published restricted list from time to time.

You must not use a virtual private network ("VPN"), proxy, Tor or other circumvention tool to access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms; we will void all wagers placed from a Restricted Jurisdiction and we may forfeit the entire balance to a recognised problem-gambling charity.

7. Game rules, results and disputes

All games are operated by independent licensed providers whose rulesets are displayed inside each game window. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator certified by iTech Labs, GLI or BMM Testlabs and audited at least quarterly. Cinoslots-original games are additionally provably fair: the cryptographic seed pair is published before play begins and verifiable after each round (see /provably-fair).

Where there is any inconsistency between the result displayed in your browser and the result recorded on our servers, the server result is final. Where a game malfunctions, the wager is voided and the stake refunded; "malfunction voids all pays and plays" appears at the foot of every game window. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. We will respond within five (5) business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Antillephone licensing authority via the contact form at /contact.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Always gamble within means you can afford to lose and never as a primary income source. The platform provides a full set of self-protection tools accessible from your profile: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), single-wager limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, reality checks, cool-off periods (24 hours to 7 days) and self-exclusion (1 month, 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanent). 9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, copyrights, designs, software, source code, layouts and content on the platform are owned by Cinoslots N.V. or licensed to it. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for the sole purpose of placing wagers in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, mirror, white-label, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinoslots N.V., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, or loss of data, even where such damages were foreseeable. Our aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount of net deposits you made in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) one thousand US dollars ($1,000) in cryptocurrency equivalent. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal costs) and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your wilful or fraudulent conduct, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your profile or by emailing [email protected]. We will return any verified balance, less applicable network fees, to a wallet under your control within fourteen (14) days subject to AML and verification checks. We may suspend or close an account immediately for breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, regulatory direction, sustained inactivity (see Section 4), or where you become a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, AML record-keeping and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that we may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to enforce a final monetary judgment.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in Section 1, form the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the platform and supersede all prior representations.
