My withdrawal is stuck in the mempool — what now?

Almost always self-resolves within 6 hours when fees normalize. Our auto-bumper re-broadcasts with a higher fee if it sits too long.

What's happening

After Cinoslots broadcasts your withdrawal, it lives in the mempool (the queue of unconfirmed transactions) until a miner/validator includes it in a block. If your transaction's fee is too low for current network conditions, it can wait a long time.

Our auto-bumper

We monitor every withdrawal we've broadcast. If a transaction sits in the mempool with no confirmations after 1 hour, we automatically re-broadcast it with a 50% higher fee (using BTC's RBF — replace-by-fee — or ETH's nonce-bump). This usually unsticks it.

If the second attempt also fails after another hour, we escalate to a third bump. Total worst-case wait: 6 hours, after which the transaction is virtually guaranteed to confirm.

Can I see this happening?

Yes. Profile → Transactions shows every TX hash for a single withdrawal — you'll see the original and any auto-bumped replacements. The latest one is the canonical version.

What if it's been 24+ hours?

Contact support with the withdrawal ID and the latest TX hash. We'll investigate in the priority queue. Common rare causes:

  • A node-side issue with our broadcasting infrastructure (we have multi-region failover, so this is uncommon)
  • A persistent mempool eviction loop on Bitcoin during sustained congestion — we manually re-broadcast through a different relay

What you should NOT do

  • Don't contact a "transaction accelerator" service offering to push your TX to miners for a fee. They're scams in 99% of cases. Our auto-bumper does the same thing for free.
  • Don't try to "cancel" a broadcast TX from your end. The transaction belongs to our hot wallet — only we can manage it.
  • Don't double-spend it from your wallet — only Cinoslots holds the keys to the source address.

Avoiding mempool stuck-ness

  • Use USDT TRC20 (no mempool concept; near-instant)
  • Use BNB / BEP20 (3-5 sec finality)
  • Stick to BTC/ETH withdrawals during off-peak hours

A note on Lightning

We don't currently support Lightning withdrawals for BTC. It's on the roadmap for late 2026.
