Can I cancel a withdrawal I just made?

Cancellation window

You can cancel a withdrawal only while it shows the Pending status. The Cancel button is visible in Profile → Transactions next to the line item.

Once status moves to Approved (typically within 30 seconds for amounts under $10K), the transaction is cryptographically signed and queued for broadcast. At that point cancellation is impossible — even Cinoslots staff cannot recall a signed Bitcoin or Ethereum transaction.

Why so short?

Speed and irreversibility are features in crypto. We optimize for fastest possible withdrawal, which means we sign and broadcast the moment risk checks pass. Adding a longer cancellation window would make our withdrawals slower than competitors'.

What about recall after broadcast?

There is no such thing. Once a TX is on-chain and confirmed, the only way to "undo" it is for the recipient to send the funds back. If you withdrew to your own wallet by mistake, you can simply deposit it back from there.

Special case: large withdrawals in manual review

Large withdrawals ($10K+) sit in Pending for longer (5–30 minutes during manual review). The Cancel button is available the entire time. Use it if you change your mind — no questions asked.

Special case: withdrew to wrong address?

See wrong-withdrawal-address. Short version: if it's an address you control (your own exchange or wallet), retrieve it from there. If it's an address you don't control, the funds are gone — there is no recovery.

Cancellation fee

Zero. Cancelling a Pending withdrawal returns the full amount to your balance with no penalty.
