I can't log in — what do I try first?
Confirm caps lock, try forgot password, check 2FA app time-sync, then look for account-locked status.
Quick checklist (90% of cases)
1. Caps Lock
Passwords are case-sensitive. Toggle Caps Lock and retry.
2. Right email/username
You might have signed up with a different email than you remember. Try common variations — your work email vs personal, etc.
3. Use Forgot Password
If you're not sure of the password, use the recovery flow. The reset email confirms whether your guess was wrong (account exists) or you're using the wrong email entirely (we always show the same confirmation message regardless — see forgot password).
4. 2FA code rejected?
Two common causes:
- Phone clock out of sync — TOTP codes are time-based. Open your authenticator app's settings → "Time sync" or "Server time correction". Most apps have this.
- Wrong account in your authenticator app — if you have multiple 2FA tokens, scroll through them and pick the right one labeled "Cinoslots".
5. Account locked from too many failures
After 5 failed logins, the account auto-locks for 30 minutes. The lockout message tells you the unlock time. Wait it out, or use Forgot Password (a successful reset clears the lockout).
Less common issues
"We don't recognize this device" prompt loops
Your browser is wiping cookies on close (privacy mode, an extension, your settings). Disable cookie clearing for cinoslots.com, or trust the device explicitly during 2FA prompt.
"Geo-IP block" message

"Account suspended" message
Either:

Browser issues
