My withdrawal failed — what now?
Auto-retried up to 3 times before alerting support. If permanently failed, balance is restored and a ticket is opened automatically.
What "failed" means
A withdrawal goes from Approved → Broadcast → Confirmed in normal flow. "Failed" means the broadcast step itself didn't succeed or the network rejected the transaction.
Our auto-recovery
Cinoslots auto-retries failed broadcasts:
- Attempt 1: standard fee
- Attempt 2 (if first fails): 50% higher fee
- Attempt 3 (if second fails): 100% higher fee
- After 3 failures: withdrawal returns to Pending status, your balance is restored, and a support ticket is auto-opened on your behalf
You don't need to do anything for the auto-retries. They happen behind the scenes within minutes.
Common reasons broadcasts fail
"Insufficient gas / fee too low"
Network congestion spiked between approval and broadcast. Auto-retry handles this within 60 seconds.
"Address blacklisted by hot wallet provider"
Our hot wallet runs a sanctions screen on every outbound TX. If your destination is on a sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UK, UN), the broadcast is blocked. Manual review required; usually resolves within 24 hours after compliance confirms it's a false positive.
"Address malformed"
Your destination address has a typo or invalid checksum. The transaction never broadcasts. Cancel and re-submit with the correct address.
"Network outage"
Rare — the entire chain or our chain provider is down (e.g. Ethereum chain split, TRON super-node issue). Auto-recovery waits for the network to come back, then broadcasts. May take hours during major incidents.
"Hot wallet drained"
Even rarer — hot wallet balance is too low for your withdrawal. Auto-replenishment from cold storage happens daily; if you hit this, your withdrawal queues until next replenishment cycle (usually < 12 hours).
Manual recovery from the auto-ticket
When the auto-ticket opens, our team reviews within 30 minutes during business hours, 2 hours overnight. The ticket includes:
- Original withdrawal ID
- Reason for each retry failure
- Suggested next action
You'll get an email + in-app notification. Reply if you have additional context (e.g. "this is my new exchange address").
What about the network fee?
Network fees on failed broadcasts are not deducted — failed broadcasts mean the network rejected the TX, so there's nothing to pay for. Your balance is restored without fee.
Withdrawing to the same address again
Once we resolve the issue, you can re-submit the withdrawal. Same address (if it was correct), same amount. New attempt, fresh fee quote.
Pending forever?
If the system shows your withdrawal as "Pending" indefinitely (more than 24 hours after auto-recovery should have triggered), contact support directly. The auto-ticket may have failed to escalate; manual ping fixes it within an hour.

Why is my withdrawal pending?
Three common causes: amount over $10K (auto-review), active bonus (must finish wagering), or new address cool-off (24h).
My withdrawal is stuck in the mempool — what now?
Almost always self-resolves within 6 hours when fees normalize. Our auto-bumper re-broadcasts with a higher fee if it sits too long.
I withdrew to the wrong address — can you recover it?
If it's your own address (different wallet/exchange), retrieve it there. If it's someone else's address, the funds are unrecoverable.
