Why is my withdrawal pending?

Three common causes: amount over $10K (auto-review), active bonus (must finish wagering), or new address cool-off (24h).

The three reasons withdrawals go to "pending"

1. Amount over $10,000 — manual compliance review

By regulation, any single withdrawal above $10,000 USD equivalent is reviewed by a human compliance analyst before broadcast. This catches fraud, multi-account abuse, sanctioned counterparties, and source-of-funds gaps.

Typical wait: 5–30 minutes. VIP Gold+ priority: under 1 minute.

If we need any additional KYC, we'll email you. Don't worry — your funds are safe and visible in your account; they just haven't broadcast yet.

2. Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering

If you have a locked bonus on your balance, withdrawals are blocked until you either:

  • Complete the wagering (the bonus money becomes real money, withdrawable)
  • Cancel the bonus (Profile → Bonuses → Cancel — you forfeit the bonus money and any winnings derived from it; your real-money deposit is unaffected)

3. New withdrawal address cool-off (24 hours)

The first time you withdraw to a brand-new address, we lock subsequent withdrawals for 24 hours. This is an anti-account-takeover measure: if a thief steals your session, they can't drain your balance to their address before the cool-off expires.

The cool-off only applies to addresses you've never used before. Subsequent withdrawals to the same address go through instantly.

Other (rarer) causes

  • Recent password change → 24-hour cool-off on all withdrawals
  • Recent 2FA change → 24-hour cool-off
  • Geo-IP mismatch (e.g. logging in from a country that doesn't match your usual one) → flagged for review
  • Velocity flag (depositing then withdrawing immediately with no play, or a sudden 100x deposit increase) → review

Stuck for over 24 hours and none of the above applies?
