I'm getting a payment-method error when trying to deposit — what to do?

Usually a temporary issue with our chain provider. Wait 5 minutes and retry. For card on-ramps: try a different card, then different on-ramp.

Crypto deposit errors

"Could not generate deposit address"

Our chain RPC node is temporarily unavailable. Causes: chain congestion, RPC provider outage. Retry after 5 minutes — virtually always resolves itself.

If it persists more than 30 minutes, check our status page — we publish ongoing incidents. If no incident, contact support.

"Network unavailable"

The specific chain you picked is down on our side. Switch to a different network for the same coin (e.g. USDT TRC20 if USDT ERC20 is down). Status page lists which chains are affected.

"Below minimum"

The amount you're trying to send is below the per-coin minimum. See minimum deposit. Increase the amount or use a coin with a lower minimum.

"Address copy failed"

Browser clipboard permission issue. Click the address itself to select it manually, then copy with Ctrl+C / Cmd+C.

Card on-ramp errors (MoonPay, Ramp)

"Card declined"

  • Insurance against gambling MCC: some banks block transactions to gambling MCC codes. Try a different card.
  • Insufficient funds or near-limit
  • Card not enabled for online transactions
  • 3D Secure (3DS) authentication failed — try again, complete the bank's challenge

"On-ramp KYC required"

Your card amount exceeds the on-ramp's no-KYC threshold (typically $200/day). Complete the on-ramp's KYC (separate from Cinoslots KYC) — usually takes 5–15 minutes.

"On-ramp not available in your region"

We rotate between MoonPay and Ramp depending on country coverage. If both fail for your region, we don't currently support card deposits there. Use a crypto wallet route instead.

"Transaction stuck on processing"

On-ramp side issue. The on-ramp's support team needs to investigate (we don't see their internal flow). Contact them directly via the receipt email — usually resolves within 24 hours.

  • Each blockchain network (deposits + withdrawals)
  • Each on-ramp partner
  • Each game provider
  • Auth & wallet APIs

Bookmark it. If you see an error and the status page shows the relevant component as degraded or outage, the issue is on our side and we're working on it. Wait for resolution.

When to contact support

Open a ticket if:

  • The error persists more than 1 hour
  • The status page shows everything green but the error continues
  • You see an error code you don't recognize (provide the exact text)

Include screenshots — error messages are often product-specific and the team can recognize them at a glance.
