How do I cancel an active bonus?

When you might want to cancel

• You want to withdraw immediately (withdrawals are blocked while a bonus is locked).
• The wagering requirement is unrealistic for your style of play.
• You only wanted the deposit, not the bonus, and accidentally accepted it.
• You want to switch to a different promotion.

How to do it

1. Profile → Bonuses
2. Find the active bonus card
3. Click Cancel bonus
4. Confirm — the dialog explicitly tells you the dollar value of bonus money + winnings you're forfeiting

How does the system know which winnings came from bonus money?

We track a per-bet bonus contribution ratio at every bet — if your balance is 30% real / 70% bonus when you bet, 30% of any winnings go to the real ledger and 70% to the bonus ledger. This is industry-standard; we publish the algorithm in our terms.

When is cancellation NOT possible?

Almost never — but a few edge cases:

• Mid-spin on a slot. Wait for the spin to resolve (it'll resolve within 1–2 seconds), then cancel.
• Mid-tournament if your bonus is the entry mechanic. Tournament rules apply.
• During a stuck/suspended game session. Reach support; they'll cancel the game session first.

Re-eligibility for the bonus you cancelled

Once cancelled, the same bonus offer cannot be re-claimed on the same deposit. New deposits unlock new offers as normal.

Should I cancel?

Rule of thumb: if your real-money balance + cashable winnings (excluding bonus) is enough to cover whatever you wanted to withdraw, cancel and withdraw the real money rather than trying to wager out a bonus you don't enjoy. Time has value too.
