Can I have more than one Cinoslots account?

The one-account rule

Cinoslots allows one account per natural person, and our anti-fraud system also enforces one account per household and per shared IP by default. This is a hard rule, embedded in our Terms of Service and standard across every licensed crypto casino.

Why we enforce it

• Bonus integrity — welcome offers, free spins and reload bonuses are designed for new players. Multi-accounting is bonus abuse.
• Responsible gaming — self-exclusion would be meaningless if a player could open a second account. We enforce exclusion at the device, IP and KYC level.
• Compliance — anti-money-laundering rules require a single, traceable identity per account.

What triggers a duplicate-account flag

Our system reviews:

• Same email, recovery email or phone number
• Same device fingerprint (browser + GPU + audio + canvas hash)
• Same IP for more than 24 cumulative hours
• Same crypto deposit address (a hard tell)
• Matching KYC documents

A flag does not automatically mean closure — most flags are legitimate (family members, roommates, mobile data sharing). Our compliance team reviews each case manually.

What happens if you genuinely share a device

If you and a partner, sibling or roommate both want to play, email [email protected] before depositing. We'll whitelist the household and assign separate bonus eligibility. Don't try to hide it — the algorithm catches everything, and proactive disclosure protects your funds.

Consequences of multi-accounting

If we confirm intentional multi-accounting:

1. All linked accounts are closed permanently.
2. Bonus winnings on the duplicate account(s) are voided.
3. Real-money deposits remain refundable to the original wallet (we don't keep money you funded).
4. The KYC identity is permanently blacklisted.
