How do I control which notifications I get?

Profile → Preferences → Notifications. Granular toggles per channel (email, push, in-app) and category.

What you can opt in / out of

We split notifications by channel and category.

Channels

  • In-app bell (the dropdown next to your avatar) — always on for security events; everything else opt-in.
  • Email — you control per category.
  • Browser push — opt-in only; needs explicit permission grant.
  • Telegram — VIP Gold+ tier feature, opt-in via your VIP host.

Categories

How to change them

Profile → Preferences → Notifications — every toggle has a per-channel switch, so you can (for example) get bonuses in-app but not by email.

Security category cannot be disabled

Logins, password changes and withdrawal-address changes always trigger an email and in-app notification. This is a fraud-protection feature — the few seconds it takes to read the alert can save your balance. If you don't want them in your main inbox, set up a Gmail filter: from:[email protected] subject:Security → label Cinoslots Security.

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. We honor it within seconds and remove you from that category. You can re-enable any time from Preferences.
