I forgot my password — how do I recover access?

Standard recovery (60-second flow)

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot password.
2. Enter your email. We always show the same confirmation message — even if no account exists. This prevents account-enumeration attacks.
3. Open the email and click the Reset password link within 60 minutes.
4. Choose a new password (must reach Strong).
5. You're signed in.

Got 2FA enabled?

Reset emails sign you in with your password but the 2FA prompt still appears. Have your authenticator app or one of your printed backup codes ready.

Lost both password AND 2FA

Email [email protected] from your registered address with:

• Username
• Last three deposit details (dates + approximate amounts)
• Selfie + dated note ("Cinoslots account recovery")

Manual verification takes 24–48 hours. We don't have a back door — this is a security feature, not a flaw.

The link in my email is expired

Reset links live for 60 minutes and are single-use. If you clicked it once already, it's spent. Just request a fresh link.

Common reasons for not receiving the email

1. Check spam / promotions / "all mail".
2. Wait 5 minutes — most providers throttle bursts.
3. Make sure your email client isn't auto-archiving "newsletter" senders.
4. Add [email protected] to your contacts.

If still missing after 10 minutes, support can resend manually.
