I lost my internet connection mid-game — did I lose my bet?
No. Bet outcomes are server-side. Reconnect and your bet history shows the result; balance reflects any wins.
Server-side resolution
Cinoslots resolves every bet on the server side the moment you click Spin/Bet. The animation in your browser is a visual reproduction of an already-determined outcome. So when your connection drops:
- The bet was already placed
- The result was already determined
- Your balance was already adjusted
A connection drop never voids a bet or loses a win. The result is permanent the moment Spin is pressed.
Recovery flow
- Reconnect to internet (cellular fallback if your wifi is dead)
- Reload the page (or just reopen the app/tab)
- Check Profile → Bet History — your last bets are listed with outcomes
- Check your balance — already updated to reflect the resolved bets
Mid-bonus-round disconnects
If you disconnected mid-bonus-round (free spins, pick-bonus, etc):
- The bonus state is server-side, so the round is paused waiting for you
- Reload the game; most providers auto-resume from where you left off
- A "Resume bonus" button appears on some providers
- Free spin remainders carry over, total bonus winnings preserved
If the bonus doesn't auto-resume, wait 30 minutes (some providers force a session reset) and re-open the game.
Live casino disconnects
Live casino is more time-sensitive — the dealer doesn't wait. Behavior depends on the moment of disconnect:
Mid-Blackjack hand
The hand auto-completes per house default rules (typically Stand on 17+, Hit on 16-). Your decisions you didn't make are simulated. Net result: your bet resolves; balance adjusts.
Roulette spin
Bet was already locked when wheel spun. Result is in history.
Baccarat hand
Same as Roulette — bet locked, dealt-out result is in history.
Game show (Crazy Time, etc)
Bet was placed; the show continues; result and any winnings appear in history.
What about disconnecting after a win has shown?
The win was real and is in your balance. Even if you didn't see the celebration screen, the balance reflects it. Check Profile → Bet History for confirmation.
What about the "tournament position" if I disconnect during a tournament?
Your tournament position is based on the bets you've placed, not on whether you stayed connected. Disconnects don't disqualify you. When you reconnect, your standing is current.
Mobile network hand-off
A common disconnect cause: phone switching from wifi to cellular (or vice versa). Modern browsers handle this gracefully, but games may show a brief "Reconnecting…" overlay. Wait it out; usually 5–10 seconds.
Long disconnect (hours)
If you disconnect for hours and come back:
- All bet results are still there in history
- Your balance is current
- Active bonuses may have expired if they passed their time window
- An open game session may have timed out — re-open the game from the lobby
When to contact support
Open a ticket if:
- Your bet history shows a round but the win amount differs from your memory of the spin
- A bonus round didn't resume after 30 min + reload + reopen
- A live casino hand resolved with the wrong outcome compared to the dealer's actions on stream
Provide round ID for fastest resolution.

A game froze mid-spin — what happens to my bet?
Bet outcomes are server-side, so frozen games don't lose your bet. Refresh the page; the result will be there in your bet history.
My balance looks wrong — what do I check?
First: refresh. Second: check transactions for any pending or recent activity. Real wrong-balance cases are very rare.
Can I see a replay of my past bets?
Yes — Profile → Bet History → click any bet → Replay. Shows the exact reels, cards or roll plus all outcomes.
