How do I deposit USDC?

What we support

Cinoslots accepts USDC on Ethereum (ERC20).

We do not currently support USDC on:

• Solana
• Polygon
• Arbitrum / Optimism / Base
• Avalanche
• Algorand
• Stellar

These are on the roadmap; for now, send USDC only on Ethereum mainnet.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in and go to the deposit page.
2. Select USDC from the coin list.
3. Copy the 0x... address (Ethereum format — same as your USDT ERC20 and ETH addresses).
4. From your wallet or exchange, withdraw USDC on Ethereum / ERC20 network.
5. Send any amount above 10 USDC.
6. Wait for 12 confirmations (~3 min).
7. Credits to your USDC balance.

Network fee

Same as ETH/USDT ERC20 — gas-based:

• Quiet hours: $1–$3
• Standard hours: $5–$15
• Congestion: $20–$50+

Live tracker: etherscan.io/gastracker. Switch to TRC20 USDT if gas is too high — same dollar value, way cheaper.

Sending from Coinbase

USDC was originally co-founded by Coinbase, so withdrawals from Coinbase are smooth:

• Coinbase USDC withdrawal fee: 0 (covered by Coinbase) for first $X/month, gas-based after
• Network: select Ethereum

Common USDC issues

• "I sent USDC on Polygon" — not currently supported. Funds at our Polygon address (if it exists) are recoverable case-by-case. Email support.
• "USDC vs USDC.e" — USDC.e is "bridged USDC" (e.g. on Avalanche). We accept only native USDC on Ethereum mainnet, not bridged variants.
• "Confirmation count varies between explorers" — different explorers count from different points; we use Etherscan as canonical.

Why we limit USDC to Ethereum

USDC is issued on multiple chains, but Ethereum is the canonical chain with the deepest liquidity. Multi-chain USDC support is on our 2026 roadmap; we'll announce in advance when each new chain goes live.

Withdrawals

We support USDC withdrawals on Ethereum (ERC20). Fee: ~5 USDC depending on gas, passed through at cost.
