Confirmation / reset emails aren't arriving — what now?
99% of missing emails are spam-filtered. Whitelist [email protected] and check promotions tab.
First-pass checklist (90% of cases)
- Check your spam / junk folder.
- Check the promotions / social tab in Gmail.
- Search inbox for "Cinoslots" — sometimes filters file emails away from view.
- Wait 5 minutes — large providers throttle email bursts.
Whitelist us
Add these to your contacts so future emails always arrive:
- [email protected] (transactional — confirmations, resets, withdrawal alerts)
- [email protected] (replies from our team)
- [email protected] (if you reach Gold+ tier)
Provider-specific quirks
- Gmail — search
from:cinoslots.comto surface everything regardless of folder. - Outlook / Hotmail — newer accounts sometimes route us to Junk by default; right-click → Block / allow → Add sender to safe senders.
- Yahoo — known to grey-list us briefly on first contact; resending after 10 minutes usually works.
- Custom domain (cPanel etc.) — check your spamassassin score in the email source. We score < 0.1 in standard tests.
Still nothing?
Email [email protected] from a different address referencing your username and we'll resend manually plus check the delivery log on our side. If our SMTP shows a hard bounce, you'll need to update your email via the change-email flow.
