How do I use a promo code or bonus code?

Where to enter the code

1. Go to the deposit page.
2. Click Have a promo code? — a small input field expands.
3. Type or paste the code (codes are not case-sensitive).
4. Click Apply — a green check confirms the code is valid and shows the bonus terms.
5. Send your deposit. The bonus is reserved instantly and credited the moment your deposit confirms.

What if the code doesn't work?

The system will tell you why:

• "Code expired" — the promo's validity window has passed.
• "Already used" — the code is single-use per account, and you've already redeemed it.
• "Not eligible" — your account doesn't qualify (e.g. existing player code, wrong country, doesn't meet minimum tier).
• "Code not found" — typo, fake code, or one shared by an unauthorized affiliate. Always get codes from the promotions page, our official Telegram channel, or our verified affiliates.
