I withdrew to the wrong address — can you recover it?
If it's your own address (different wallet/exchange), retrieve it there. If it's someone else's address, the funds are unrecoverable.
The hard truth
Once a blockchain transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it is final. Cinoslots cannot reverse it, and neither can any exchange, wallet, or block explorer.
Recovery scenarios
Sent to your own wallet (different one than intended)
Easy recovery: log into the wallet that received it and send the funds wherever you actually wanted them to go. Just pay the network fee twice.
Sent to your exchange (correct exchange, wrong account/sub-account)
Most exchanges automatically credit funds to whichever sub-account owns the deposit address. If you suspect a sub-account mix-up, contact your exchange's support with the TX hash. They typically resolve within hours.
Sent to your exchange but wrong network
E.g. withdrew USDT on TRC20 to your Binance ERC20 deposit address. Contact the exchange's support with the TX hash. Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX all have manual recovery procedures for wrong-network sends — they typically charge a fee ($20–$50) and take 1–7 business days. Smaller exchanges may not offer recovery.
Sent to a stranger's address (typo, copy-paste error, address-poisoning malware)
Unrecoverable. No legal mechanism, no chain operator with a kill switch, no Cinoslots backdoor. Beware of any "recovery service" that approaches you on Telegram or Discord — they are 100% scams.
Common causes (prevention)
- Address-poisoning malware rewrites your clipboard. Always verify the first 4 + last 4 characters of the address you pasted match the address on the destination's screen.
- Lookalike addresses in your wallet's address book. If you store multiple addresses for one exchange, label them clearly.
- Wrong-network selection in your sending UI. Always pick the network at the destination, then match it on Cinoslots.
- Mobile UI fat-finger — using a hardware wallet or QR-code scan eliminates this.
Best practice for large withdrawals
For any withdrawal over $1,000, send a small test withdrawal first (~$25). Confirm it arrives at the correct address, then send the rest. The extra network fee on a $25 test is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy.

I sent the wrong coin (or wrong network) to a deposit address — help!
EVM-chain mistakes are usually recoverable. Native-chain mistakes (BTC to LTC, etc) are not. Contact support immediately with the TX hash.
What is address poisoning and how do I avoid it?
Malware or copy-paste attacks that swap your destination address with the attacker's. Always verify first 4 + last 4 characters.
Can I cancel a withdrawal I just made?
Only while in 'Pending' status. After approval, the transaction is signed and broadcast — irreversible.
